Re-enable conformance tests in CI #2009
Description
The conformance test workflow was disabled in #2007 because the client-conformance job has been consistently failing. The workflow_dispatch trigger is preserved for manual runs.
This is a tracking issue to re-enable the automated triggers (push on main, pull_request) once the underlying failures are fixed.

It was already enabled.
I maintain the same opinions about the tear system.

This landed as part of v2, which is now released (via #2010) — closing. Feel free to reopen if there's something still outstanding.
