Invalid community forum link on the Profile #855

Describe the bug
I am a developer interested in mcp and the future of agentic ai, so i was going through modelcontextprotocol org and to find any possible good first issue's to contribute to. meanwhile, I read the organization's github profile readme and it had a community forum link. I desperately clicked on it to get my way into the community discussions only to be humbled by 404.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. click on the community forum link on github profile readme of modelcontextprotocol organization.

2. see the invalid url 404 github page

Expected behavior
On clicking the community forum link it should redirect to the appropriate url. If there is no community forum existing the text should be removed from profile.
