Logging consolidation - Remove use of the Logger class #9722
Description
From the #9611 spike for #8527
Remove uses of the Logger class, which involves:
- direct calls to the static methods of the class (
Logger.<method>) - registering an instance to the service manager, passing it around using DI and calling methods from this instance
Replace them with trace[Verbose|Warn|Info|Error]` or trace decorators.
