  • Currently the unit test Confirm we are able to attach to a running program is disabled when CI runs on AppVeyor.

We need to find the root cause and fix this (or refactor the tests).

  • We also need to confirm this test does not fail on a windows PC
    i.e. confirm test works when run on a local PC.

    Done, but disabled for old debugger. Not focusing on fixing old debugger tests.
