Consider switching off of Stack Overflow #1558
Description
Not only is Stack Overflow having issues not being welcoming, it's hard to stay on top of what state questions are in when you ask follow-up questions prior to providing an answer. IOW it isn't working out perfectly as a support mechanism.
Other options are a Zulip instance where there's a clear "Support" stream or Discourse with a similar section.

Before we make a decision of Zulip or Discourse, we will poll the team to see what there preferences are (if any) and give people a chance to try both tools out.
