Add unit tests for remote debugging with docker #1335
Description
This would be a proper test for remote debugging.
I believe docker is supported on Travis.
We will need to create a separate job for tests using docker .

Closing as this would need to be moved to PTVSD.
Karthik Nadig (@karthiknadig), not sure whether you want to do this in PTVSD or not.
My plan was to do this in here, not anymore as all tests are in PTVSD.

This should be done in PTVSD. Possibly part of the solution to microsoft/ptvsd#701 should address this as well.
