Be able to switch the JustMyCode flags on the debugger UI panel directly and quickly? #116
sometimes ppl also want to debug the code of the imported library for one or two quick issues, so it is probably a frequent feature and it would be cool since changing the settings from .json is hard to do.
also, if the user opened just a python file instead of a folder, the debugger panel doesn't show create a launch.json but `select a folder.
for small projects, there may be no folder at all.

I created a workspace for the cases like this (I do Python). I use my "default" sandbox workspace for little things, while for larger projects I have separate workspaces / folders. I believe that in most situation you don't even have to add the folder with target files to the workspace, although you could certainly do that.
On the one hand, I understand that this requires some setup. On the other hand, your proposal will multiply concepts and entities, and I find the whole hierarchy of VS Code configuration files and settings already very confusing.
