Summary

Fixes namespace mismatch in the MongodbDatabase ASO resource that was blocking FluxCD reconciliation.

Problem

The MongodbDatabase resource in deploy/base/mongodb-database.yaml specified namespace: scope-mt, but the actual application namespace is scoped. This caused FluxCD to fail with:

MongodbDatabase/scope-mt/scope-mt-db not found: namespaces "scope-mt" not found

Because FluxCD couldn't reconcile successfully, the image tag patches (e.g., dev-latest, dev-{hash}) were never applied to pods, leaving them with stale :latest tags.

Solution

Changed namespace: scope-mt → namespace: scoped in mongodb-database.yaml.

Verification

After merge:

1. FluxCD should reconcile: flux get kustomization apps shows READY: True
2. Deployments will update with correct image tags
3. Pods will pull images with dev-{hash} tags after the next CI build
