While doing some testing of my changes in PR #1059, I tried testing the RXPTest sample on Windows and couldn't get it to run.
It looked like the windows folder of the sample was not up-to-date with the latest that the
create-rx-apptool creates so I created a new app withcreate-rx-app rxptestand copied over the resultingwindowsfolder, made some minor changes to match RXPTest and now I'm able to run RXPTest on Windows.This PR contains all the needed changes to get RXPTest to run on Windows.
