Odd behavior with analysis 0.4.1 #9

Description

@greazer

I’m having trouble getting a minimal repro for this issue.

Starting with this repo: https://github.com/ronglums/PyCon2019Booth then fix cell 10 to say “from sklearn.model_selection import train_test_split”.

  1. If I execute the first 6 code cells and then gather a slice for the 6th cell, only get one line of code: “del df[‘skin’]. Shouldn’t I get cells 1 & 2 as well?
  2. If I execute to code cell 15 and then gather that, the code I get includes code cell 5 (“check(df)”), but otherwise seems good. In particular, cell 11 (which is just two print statements) isn’t included.
  3. If I execute the rest of the notebook and gather the final cell (#27) I end up with the print-only cells that were not included in step 2.

If there’s an easier way to demonstrate this to you, let me know.

    I noticed the existing extension doesn't allow the user to gather cells like in step #1 above. Perhaps we need to use the same criteria?

    I see, for output you only allow gathering of output that has HTML. I don't think that's a necessary criteria though, is it?
