Updated the documentation to refer to the Database Hub in Fabric and included the Microsoft Learn MCP server link for official documentation.
What changed
Correct incorrect link for Database Hub documentation. Currently it is pointed at all database documentation, which is a higher, incorrect scope than Database Hub documentation.
Why
This could lead the agent to incorrectly infer that Cosmos DB in Fabric is one of the supported database platforms in Database Hub, which currently at launch, it is not.
