thanks for the additional translations! unfortunately we are not planning to add cs as a default language at this time.

(for reference: this list is the list of languages that is built into the windows inbox version of edit. Leonard Hecker (@lhecker) we should make sure the windows inbox vpack gets one edit binary and the public innosetup installer gets another :P)

in addition, this list of keyboard modifiers only needs to include a language if it is different from English. It looks like these three are the same :)
