Azure service teams now have a dedicated wiki page detailing what defines an Azure service, how operations within a service must version uniformly, and how specifications and SDK packages align with service versions. The existing Azure API guideline documents did not yet link to this resource or cross-reference
VersioningGuidelines.md.This change links the Azure Service Versioning Guideline and
VersioningGuidelines.mdacross the Azure REST API guidance documents (VersioningGuidelines.md,Guidelines.md,ConsiderationsForServiceDesign.md, andazure/README.md) so service teams can easily discover both the high-level versioning rules and the detailed specification structure requirements.
