I also see this error on the stable version (1.69.2) (with the extensions disabled) and in the insiders also with the extension disabled.
As more info, the error happens to me when I have a missing import, and I hover it, or I trigger the context popup trying to "add missing import" (what I can not do because vscode does not find the module)

I have more info, I can reproduce constantly the problem when trying to import
createEffectfrom@ngrx/effectsBut other imports work correctly
I am using
"@ngrx/effects": "14.0.1",I hope this helps.

We believe that the last comment's errors should be fixed in TypeScript nightly thanks to #50042.
If you use the nightly TypeScript extension, do you still see the same behavior? If so, we can set up a private way to send logs over.
