AppVeyor fails on master-based PRs (#449, #450) for reasons unrelated to their changes. This PR fixes the shared causes so feature PRs can go green.
CatalogItems({id})/Policies. Get/Grant/Revoke-RsRestItemAccessPolicy now use the typed entity set (Reports,PowerBIReports,Folders, ...) via a new privateGet-RsRestPolicyUri, falling back toCatalogItemsfor unknown types. This also fixes Get-RsRestItemAccessPolicy reusing the first item's URI for later pipeline items.InheritParentPolicyandPolicies, not response annotations.Unit tests added for the policy routes and refresh wait (31/31 pass locally).
