MSBuildProjectReference should have a more robust instantiation experience #34

When creating a new ProjectReference item from within Unity it is created with a fair number of default properties assumed (primarily the default target and configuration values). It would be convenient if the ProjectReference asset had a customized editor interface that helps guide the user through choosing appropriate default values for their scenario.
