   I was able to do this with jitpack.

   Basically add the following to repositories in your build.gradle file:

   repositories{
       maven { url 'https://jitpack.io' }
   }
   
   dependencies {
    compile 'com.github.microsoft:CorrelationVector-Java:master-SNAPSHOT'
   }
