Expose the preserved FFmpeg C API through mcpplibs.mwrap.ffmpeg and its component modules. Add typed macro mappings and a generated-frame encode/decode project template; continue to use the pinned compat.ffmpeg implementation. The first new identity uses the exact upstream version, while historical identities and published resources remain unchanged.
English and Chinese READMEs follow the reviewed layout: one-sentence introduction, one navigation line with an Upstream link, badges, detailed overview, then module import bullets before Getting started.
Validation at
572091c02606f66e47318176d25e7d821baaaae6: both source and actual-template workflows pass. Local LLVM23 behavior tests, GCC16 macro consumption and four alternating old/new same-version builds/runs with lock-identity checks pass. Self-review checked unchanged upstream ownership, import/export identities, macro mappings, managed NASM provisioning, release guards, template assets and bilingual links. The source CI covers Linux. Windows/macOS installed archive consumption remains a gate in index PR #564 before index publication; it is not inferred from these Linux results. Exact squash-commit source and template CI must pass before tagging mwrap-8.1.2. Formal GitHub/GitCode asset hashes and public-index consumption remain publication checks. No mcpp engine changes.
