Implement service for CategoryScore. Service provides the database calls.

The CourseId linked to CategoryScore

userId: foreign_key
The UserId linked to CategoryScore

category: foreign_key
The Category linked to CategoryScore

score: integer
The score for Category

letterGrade: string[enum]
The letter-grade equivalent for the CategoryScore
