Adds sections to the Trio and Loop remote control pages for editing and deleting a meal or carb entry from its details on the Treatments screen, with the confirmation steps, the time window and what Trio and Loop need. The Treatments section links to them. Goes with loopandlearn/LoopFollow#756.
