Open treatment details from a chart pill - #781

A single tap on a chart mark shows its pill as before. If the mark is in the Treatments list (carbs, boluses, SMBs, overrides, temp targets) the pill shows a chevron, and tapping the pill opens the treatment's details. Double-tap only zooms. The chart and the Treatments list build their entries with the same Treatment.historyEntries, so the pill opens the entry from the Nightscout treatment that drew the mark.

Tapping a mark on the main chart shows its pill. If the mark is in the Treatments list (carbs, boluses, SMBs, overrides and temp targets) the pill has a chevron, and tapping the pill opens the treatment's details. Double-tap only zooms, so a missed double-tap can't open the wrong entry.
The chart and the Treatments list build their entries with the same code, so the pill opens the entry for the exact Nightscout treatment that drew the mark. Replaces #743.
