Repository.clone_at branch option #336

Closed

Description

@albertsun

It doesn't seem to be working for me. I've tried passing both "branch" and "origin/branch" to it, but either way the cloned repo is still at HEAD.

As an aside, is this the most up to date documentation? http://www.rubydoc.info/github/libgit2/rugged/Rugged/Repository#clone_at-class_method
The commit sha there seems to be from two or so months ago.

    Yeah, that documentation is pretty up-to-date.

    I just checked the code, and it looks like that option is not correctly implemented. Thanks for the report! I'll try to get that fixed - or you could try to fix this yourself and submit a PR, if you feel adventurous. 😄
