Feat: Coordinate HUD - Show current dimension only #242

Feature

I'm requesting adding the option of showing the current dimension only for the Coordinates HUD element. There is a "Show Dimension" checkbox which adds a label to show what dimension you're in, but I'm mostly in the deep nether so I don't care about my respective OVW coordinates that are way beyond the OW border anyway. Perhaps an additional checkbox for "Interdimensional" or "Show Current Dimension Only".
