Overview
Release 0.126.0 bumps package version metadata and changelog for the Link checkout authorization feature.

Link card authorize now accepts optional browser_id and page_url on perform_operation(..., type="authorize"). Callers pass the final checkout page so Kernel can inspect it (WebMCP) and choose a Link Pay Token when the merchant supports it, or fall back to a virtual card. Docs clarify that omitting both still issues a virtual card, and that Link cards authorized with browser context cannot be PATCHed afterward.

Fill typing and validation loosen: fields is optional when the item’s advertised fill operation does not require bindings; required-args for fill no longer mandate fields. Link card specs document separate amount limits for Link Pay Token (500000 minor units) vs virtual card (50000).

Wallet vault items expose an optional description field for server-generated agent guidance.
