Overview
Release 0.124.0 bumps package version and changelog. The substantive SDK changes are Visa vault flows and browser-pool long-poll behavior.

Browser pool acquire now types poll timeouts correctly: when the API returns 204 No Content, browser_pools.acquire resolves to None instead of failing validation. A NoContentAsNone marker on BrowserPoolAcquireResponse plus response parsing logic implements this; return types are Optional[BrowserPoolAcquireResponse]. New tests cover 200 vs 204 vs 404.

Vault item operations add restart_verification and confirm_transaction (with amount, currency, status, transaction type, and occurred_at) on sync/async perform_operation, including new request param types and updated available_operations literals. Kernel Visa card specs gain optional merchant_category / merchant_category_code, and kernel_card_state docs describe when restart verification is offered.

Playwright executor docs drop the note about named executors failing on older browser images.
