Overview
Release 0.124.0 ships SDK types for Visa vault verification and post-checkout transaction reporting.

Vault item operations gain a confirm_transaction operation (ConfirmTransactionVaultItemOperationRequest) so callers can report observed merchant outcomes (status, transaction type, amount, currency, occurred_at) for issued Kernel Visa credentials—documented as explicit reporting, not inferred from checkout fill. The type is wired into performOperation params, exports, and available_operations unions.

Authorize / checkout specs also add optional merchant_category and merchant_category_code when the real MCC/category is known.

Version, changelog, and api.md are bumped to 0.124.0 accordingly.
