Update to README.md for those not familiar with code

Modify README.md to initiate slidify library prior to using slidify.

library(slidify)
slidify("index.Rmd")
browseURL("index.html")

First time using github — apologies for any errors in commenting, etiquette, etc.

This code is not correct latest version of Rstudio

install_github("slidify", "ramnathv")
install_github("slidifyLibraries", "ramnathv")

I found you need this command to install:
install_github('ramnathv/slidify')
install_github('ramnathv/slidifyLibraries')
