Working on jruby-extensions examples

Hi,
as part of this effort I will start working on some jruby-extension examples, I was wondering which are the most interesting ones:

How to create a class/module as extension (including method definitions, etc).
How to use the Library and rest of LibraryServices available in the extensions API.
How to create ruby objects from the runtime.

This are the first concepts I would like to track, is there any other ones that might be important and interesting?

Getting busy with this at https://github.com/purbon/jruby-examples/tree/master/extensions/basic, will submit a PR as soon as the code there is more complete.
