Bump @flaid/devmap and server.json to 0.9.1 and move the analyze-lock fix plus the analyzer stability and grounding changes from #144 into a 0.9.1 changelog section. The snapshot fingerprint now includes the DevMap version, so after upgrading
devmap doctorand the MCP tools report an older snapshot as stale untildevmap analyzeruns again. This is in the changelog under Changed.Verification
