Add dedicated MCP / AI-agent workflow documentation and demo #155

Description

@httpdss

Summary

Create a dedicated MCP documentation page and demo flow showing how StructKit can be used by AI assistants to scaffold projects from approved templates.

Why this matters

The MCP integration is one of StructKit’s clearest differentiators. The growth angle is: “Stop letting AI agents invent your repo structure — give them approved scaffolds.”

Scope

  • Add a docs page specifically for MCP / AI-agent workflows.
  • Show how to start the MCP server.
  • Show an example prompt an AI assistant can use.
  • Show how templates become the source of truth for generated project structure.
  • Add screenshots, terminal recording, or GIF/video asset if practical.
  • Link the MCP page from README and docs index.

Acceptance criteria

  • A new or expanded MCP docs page exists.
  • Instructions are tested against current CLI behavior.
  • Page includes one end-to-end example from template selection to generated output.
  • README has a prominent link to the MCP guide.
