2026 – Present

• Built BillingFlow, an automated billing product that sends recurring monthly invoices via configurable mail templates.
• Built WApp Agent, a WhatsApp AI agent running 24/7 on Termux, and an AI SEO Agent with a self-healing Supabase publishing pipeline.
• Built a PDF Automation product that generates documents from templates and converts PDFs into fillable web forms.
• Delivered web development, digital marketing, SEO and automation for clients including a CA firm, an accountant and a social media manager.

2024 – 2025

• Automated manual form-filling into digital workflows, removing repetitive data entry from daily CSC and Aadhaar Seva Kendra operations.
• Converted multi-affidavit manual data entry into a scan-based automated process, cutting processing time by up to 8x.

2023 – 2025 · On-site, independent (not on payroll)

• Converted the branch's desktop automation software into a web application.
• Built tools for customer data, membership, accounts and form filling: a membership number auto-fetches details and generates a print-ready form.
• Cut form time from 10-15 minutes to under 1 minute with digital workflows and signature capture.
• Extended the system to use headquarters records as nearby branches closed, keeping documentation running.

Short-term (15-20 days)

• Designed daily newspaper page layouts and templates in Adobe InDesign with 4C Lipika, fitting content into print-ready pages on a daily deadline.
