   I did a brain dump awhile ago and just pushed it as https://github.com/dhermes/gcloud-python/tree/update-docstrings

   After doing this, I learned that @tseaver is against some of them, e.g. an intersphinx link for None or NoneType or True or False.

   They are fairly easy to add though with sed.
