Marketplace installation fails on Windows with Schannel revocation error #112

Installing a plugin from the github/copilot-plugins marketplace fails on Windows while fetching the marketplace repository.

fatal: unable to access '': schannel: next InitializeSecurityContext failed: CRYPT_E_NO_REVOCATION_CHECK (0x80092012)

The reported clone command appears to have no repository URL, and Git reports it could not access an empty URL. The failure also includes a Schannel certificate revocation-check error.

Steps to reproduce

1. On Windows, install a plugin from the github/copilot-plugins marketplace.
2. Observe the marketplace fetch failure.

Expected behavior

The marketplace repository is fetched and plugin installation completes, or the installer reports a clear actionable network/certificate error.
