🔵 reviews don't trigger a response from "agent merge".

You have to manually prompt:

• This needs human review. Do it for me.

Which is the other problem - 🔵 is normally a useless "problem" light.

You spend 10 actions minutes to get:

• "Something is definitely wrong."

If a 🔵 review can describe individual "significant" issues, why aren't they listed individually as "significant" 🟠🔴?

Line numbers are nice, but not necessary.
The agent can figure it out:

• This requires human review. Do it for me.
• Figure out the vague review summary.

Better communicaton from the reviewer about 🔵 would be great.

• Summarize each vague/generic/broad finding, separately, instead of collecting them all, then summarizing the list.
  Without line numbers, the details are important.
