Stderr events #130

Description

@Almenon

Python-shell should emit a stderr event whenever data is logged to stderr. This is important because python logging logs to stderr by default.

    Worse than I thought - python-shell interprets stderr as an actual error, which is not correct. Logging and unittesting both emit stderr, for example. I'll have to fix this.
