CI: pin main.yml to ubuntu-24.04 - #112

ubuntu-latest now resolves to 26.04, where actions/setup-python has no Python 3.12.4, which arduino/compile-sketches@v1 requires.

ubuntu-latestnow resolves to Ubuntu 26.04.arduino/compile-sketches@v1installs Python 3.12.4 via setup-python, and no 3.12.4 build exists for 26.04, so every compile job fails before compiling anything.This pins both jobs in
.github/workflows/main.yml(lintandcompile-sketches) toubuntu-24.04. Lint doesn't need it but is pinned for consistency. No other files change.
