Now that we've moved to GitHub actions the copy and screenshots in https://www.python-httpx.org/contributing/#resolving-build-travis-failures is not applicable.

The release process has also changed since we don't run scripts/publish ourselves anymore.

   Good point yup. FWIW we can run the publish script locally too if needed.
