NetworkError not in __init__.py

Before making a PR with corrections I am just asking if it is by a purpose that the NetworkError is not imported in init.py like all other errors? It is currently available just from the private _exceptions module.

Nope, not intended! I also noticed it recently but forgot to raise it on this tracker. Thanks for putting this up! Feel free to proceed with a PR. :-)
