Release prep for ops#83 (draht-dev/ops#83). Bumps package.json to 0.2.0 and the README install pins to #v0.2.0, because mountMockAreas (hex#1, e64dc43) is a new export, so Minor.

No code change, no tag, no publish. If the Board gives the go: merge this, then tag v0.2.0 on the merge commit. Labor then lifts uni via ops#108.
