Description
This PR clarifies the WSL version requirements for Docker Desktop and Enhanced Container Isolation (ECI) to avoid user confusion.
The documentation previously implied that WSL 2.6+ was the general minimum requirement for Docker Desktop, even though Docker Desktop itself can run on WSL 2.1.5+. The ECI requirement is stricter:
