Doc - default-address-pools bad example #9824

Closed

Description

@jmacku

File: engine/reference/commandline/dockerd.md

On https://docs.docker.com/engine/reference/commandline/dockerd/#daemon-configuration-file

In section Daemon configuration file, subsection On Linux there is big config example.
In this example at the end there is :

	"default-address-pools":[
		{"base":"172.80.0.0/16","size":24},
		{"base":"172.90.0.0/16","size":24}
	]

Both example subnets are public subnets, not private.
It might confuse somebody and if copy-pasted - it might lead to some network unavailability.

Something like

	"default-address-pools":[
		{"base":"172.29.0.0/16","size":24},
		{"base":"172.30.0.0/16","size":24}
	]

might be better.
