armv7 alpine image missing in 2.7 release

It looks like the ruby:2.7-alpine image is missing the armv7 build.

Looks like the automated Jenkins build is failing. I tried building this Dockerfile using buildkit locally, and it looks like it failed to link:

So it looks like configure is being lied to by musl gcc? I'm not exactly sure how all of this works, so pardon my ignorance. I did find what appears to have been the commit that might have caused this.

Thanks for looking into this! As far as I understand, there is not much we can do to fix the image until there is a fix in ruby/ruby, so I guess we'll await the results there.

@yosifkit FYA, the bug was identified, and patched in ruby/ruby master. I submitted PR #313 and have built/tested locally (docker.io/paullj1/ruby:alpine).

I think we’re still just waiting for the fix to make it to an official release before the image maintainers feel comfortable building the images with it.
