🇳🇬 From Nigeria!
Hi! 😊 I'm Anthonia Asikpo
I’m a seasoned Software Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience across web, mobile, and desktop platforms — turning complex problems into elegant, user-centred solutions through frontend engineering. I also bring solid experience in backend development and cloud computing, making me a well-rounded engineer across the full stack.
👥 I enjoy building intuitive, user-focused, functional interfaces in agile, collaborative teams, using multiple programming languages, libraries, frameworks and technologies such as Java, TypeScript, React, Python, NodeJS, GraphQL, SQL, SCSS, WebGL, Git and AWS, to name some.
As a Women Tech Makers (WTM) Lead, I gladly co-organise GDG Calabar events, uniting developers, enthusiasts and experts to explore emerging technologies.
📚 I’m currently pursuing a BSc in Business Computing at Brunel University London. 🎓 At Nugi Innovations, I serve as a Tech Instructor & Coding Curriculum Developer, empowering the next generation with practical tech skills.
💡 Passionate about data-driven solutions, I explore the intersection of innovation and impact, with growing interests in data architecture, distributed systems, and IOT.
Outside work, I’m deeply committed to self-improvement and personal growth. I enjoy reading self-help books 📗 and tuning into insightful podcasts 🎙️ I strongly believe the greatest investment one can make is in oneself.
Let’s connect and create something amazing at the crossroads of creativity and programming!
