Default builds now omit Apex, Fortran, F#, Haskell, Julia, OCaml (including interfaces), QML, Verilog, and VHDL, and fall back to text diffs for them. --features all-languages (or individual lang-* features) includes them.

Each release target also packs diffr-cli-full-<version>-<target>.tar.gz. npm run pin records full-edition hashes under pins.full, and diffr-fetch --full installs that edition. Existing 0.1.7 pins have no full entry, so --full fails until the next release is pinned. Lean archive names, the combined archive, and the TUI bundle are unchanged.

Validation:

  • cargo test --locked --features all-languages --bin diffr --test cli and the default cargo test --test cli pass. The CLI test covers all ten optional grammars in both builds.
  • diffr-ts typecheck passes and 22 tests pass, including --full download, missing-pin failure, and refetch when switching editions.
  • release.py pack produces the lean, combined, and full archives locally.

Retain compile-time language features and Rust parser configuration. Build both editions per release target and expose a pinned, versioned Node cache for choosing executables at runtime.

AI-assisted implementation and validation with Codex.
Drop the Node runtime binary API, macOS signing, the Docker edition smoke
test, and the pin script test. Release builds still pack a full CLI archive
per target, and diffr-fetch --full selects it from optional full pins.
