feat(subagent): derive child run context - #97
Conversation
Subagent builders need to preserve derived child run identity instead of always minting a fresh bootstrap run id. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>
Child runs should inherit parent identity context without breaking legacy child builders that only accept the older kwargs. Ultraworked with [Sisyphus](https://github.com/code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent) Co-authored-by: Sisyphus <clio-agent@sisyphuslabs.ai>

Review follow-up: cover create_child_pipeline run-id overrides directly and remove the redundant pre-merge before derive_child while keeping legacy child-builder compatibility.
