Each old path is now a sys.modules alias shim (full public/private name + identity preserved). stores/runtime.py had an eager old-path import repointed to coding_agent.stores.runtime_store to break the shim cycle.

Verification (independent, outside codex sandbox)

• uv run pytest -q: 3725 passed, 8 skipped, 20 xfailed
• coding_agent.runtime_store is coding_agent.stores.runtime_store → True (both orderings)
• coding_agent.local_storage is coding_agent.stores.local → True (both orderings)
