Claude Code workflow starter kit — a structured product development lifecycle with automated brainstorming, planning, and implementation pipelines.

What This Is

A reusable kit that installs a complete Claude Code workflow into any project:

• 16 slash commands covering vision, planning, brainstorming, implementation, and validation
• 3 expert personas for autonomous design sessions (product strategist, technical architect, simplification reviewer)
• 5 skills for product breakdown and testing
• 6 automation scripts (sequential + parallel) with activity logging
• Product hierarchy: Vision → Values → Missions → Epics → Stories → Tasks

Quick Start

# Install into your project
bunx cc-starter init

# Or with a custom project name
bunx cc-starter init --name "my-project"

Update

Pull latest commands, skills, and scripts without overwriting your customizations:

bunx cc-starter update

Use --force to also overwrite CLAUDE.md, HOW_WE_WORK.md, and AGENTS.md:

bunx cc-starter update --force

Prerequisites

• Bun — JavaScript runtime
• Claude Code — AI coding assistant
• Beads (bd) — Local task engine

1. Edit CLAUDE.md — Fill in your project description, tech stack, and development commands
2. Initialize Beads — bd init
3. Create your vision — claude /product-vision
