MathCAT added a call to allow controlling the navigation position from a refreshable braille display. This needs to be hooked up in the addon.

I noticed some routeTo functions, but I'm not clear how they can be hooked up for math. They are associated with Region and ObjectRegion.

    This is just python programming, but it does require wrapping your head around the NVDA code base to find how it is done in a non-math context and then making it work in the math (MathCAT) context.
