NVDA AddOn load/import error on fresh install. #117
Description
Trying to figure out why I don't see "MathCAT Settings" in the preferences menu, I finally thought to check NVDA's log for errors, and it turns out the MathCAT plugin I installed from source isn't working. With my level of familiarity, this is pretty opaque, but I'll spend some time digging in to see if I can figure out what's wrong. (If nobody here has seen anything like this and I don't turn up anything myself, then I can escalate this up to the NVDA side)

ImportError: DLL load failed while importing libmathcat_py: The specified module could not be found.
I installed the MathCAT addon by building it from source using the steps I described in #115.
The addon failing to load explains my confusion in #114, since I wasn't looking at the addon's settings in the first place.
NVDA version: 2026.2
MathCAT version: cfc8c99 (whatever was HEAD when I built it ~1 month ago)
