Freeze/Unfreeze 0 Balance Addresses #402

Please allow users to freeze/unfreeze addresses that have 0 balances. This way if a user sends all of their bitcoin from address #5, they can still go into the coin control menu and freeze or unfreeze that address.

Perhaps adding a "Show Spent Address" button to toggle the visible of addresses in the freeze/unfreeze list that have 0 balance.
